Worst customer support from Dell. My office laptop is not charging, initially they told they will complete service request in 3-5 business days, now they are saying i have to wait until 9th April (more than 10days). They are saying concerned part is not available simply. If dell itself is not having its spare parts then who does have it? Dell is just eating up ppls money in the name of brand but in terms of customer support its worst than any other brand.
